We Want
Owl Global is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Senior Events & Experience Director to lead the planning, production, and expansion of our cultural experiences across Africa.
- 3+ years experience in live events, experiential marketing, festivals, or premium nightlife.
- Proven success managing 1,000+ guest events and multi-stakeholder productions.
- Budgeting, project management, and high-stakes execution experience.
- Ability to lead calmly under pressure and command respect on-ground.
- Bonus: experience working across multiple African countries and diaspora scenes.

Compensation
This is a freelance, remote position, but you are also welcome to work on-site at our Providence, RI location if you prefer. We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your level of expertise and experience.
